How do you convince people to try a whole new operating system? You show them how it’s better. The most critical moment when buying a new computer is taking it for a test drive, which is why I was excited to run point on creative strategy for a new Chromebook demo app - a digital execution for in-store conversion. Our team analyzed existing research, conducted our own field research, and put together guidelines for strategy, targeting, and UX for this Chromebook application. We also worked with Google on content, messaging, and design elements. I then facilitated a workshop at Google HQ with key stakeholders and aligned on a vision for the new app that would set us apart from the rest by engaging with shoppers on a deeper level, bringing to life the magic of the Chromebook OS.
