Spinmaster came to us looking to innovate on their popular Kinetic Sand products to reach a new audience and build DTC sales channels. Kinetic sand is a sensory toy that’s a delight for kids and adults alike.  Our team came up with Kinetic Secret Smash, which we ideated and brought to market collaboratively with Spinmaster in under 5 months.

The Kinetic Sand kit comes ready to “Smash” with customized secret messages to reveal. It’s the perfect gift for those you love, and a great way to expand the Secret Smash brand to adults and older kids. 

The first production run sold out in a matter of weeks and was a… dare I say it? Smashing success.
